Established in 2021 by Jason Addison, J2 Projex is a independent Project Management Consultancy based in Tauranga, New Zealand. J2 Projex manages, consults and partners with construction professionals to deliver our clients visions. 

Jason brings over 15 years Project Management experience along with 7 years Architectural Design experience. Our clients include the NZ Health, private health sector, hospitality & tourism sector, corporate's, building owners, developers / investors, retailers, tenants, insurers, and large scale residential. 

As your Project Manager it is our role to:

• Develop and manage the Master Programme.
• Develop a Communications Process / Plan.
• Project Feasibility Assessment.
• Resource and Building Consent Management
• Deliver Design Milestones / follow up as required.
• Design Management.
• Provide required information to Project Quantity Surveyor PQS for budget allocating.
• Assist in appointing design team members.
• Receive monthly invoicing, check against work completed with PQS and provide a Payment Certificate following receipt of PQS Recommendation.
• Contractor Procurement Strategy and Tender Management.
• Issue a Tender Report from Contractor Negotiations.
• Arrange and manage any Value Engineering requirements.
• Develop the Contract for the client and the Contractor execution based on NZS3910.
• Administer and Manage the Construction Contract on behalf of the client.  
• Track all fees and answer all Request for Information RFI's.
• Act as Engineer to the Contact EttC
• Collaborate with the PQS to manage price estimates and formalise monthly payment recommendations.
• Minimise / Mitigate and Manage Project Risks.
• Manage the performance of the Consultants and their observations.
• Issue and manage all Contract Instructions.
• Manage any client instigated changes.
• Obtain appropriate sign-off through all phases of the project.
• Manage Handover and Completion including defect inspection process.  
• Health and Safety Protocols
